Yesterday I went to pizza hut in saket for dine in with my friend. Intially when we entered the restaurant no one was there to open the door and welcome us. While entering the restaurant a very bad smell strike into my nose as it was only near to the door only. At that time it was not so crowded only 3 tables were occupied so we choose our table easily.
Me and my friend was feeling so hot inside the restaurant so we called the waiter and tell him to decrease the temperature so he told us its the lowest temperature. We both feel so uncomfortable there. Even they dont even offer us the glass of water. We gave our order and it took almost 25 minutes to serve on our table. Service there was too bad. The waiters there dont even know whether we can pay through our e- wallet ( paytm) or not. It was my worst experience with pizza hut. Food also was not upto the mark. Dissappointed.
