Pepperfry is amongst the poor performers in e commerce. The product pages provide in accurate & incomplete information
The quality of product is very low & not upto the mark. The products are never delivered on time. Though the website has optimum speed but the same doesn't happen in terms of delivering the product
I once ordered a pillow, the pricing was high but I ordered expecting some good quality product however to my dismay it was a local product.
The quality was very poor. The customer support is clues & doesn't have proper rebuttals & solutions. Think twice, check thrice before you take a decision. Best luck guyz
