I had a really bad experience with Pepperfry. I ordered a wooden study table after reading good reviews, but what I received was completely different. The product looked cheap, the wood had scratches, and the finishing was very poor. It didn’t match the pictures shown on the website at all.
I raised a return request immediately, but the process was very slow. The customer care team kept giving me generic replies and delayed the pickup again and again. After so many follow-ups, they finally picked up the item, but the refund also took a lot of time.
I trusted Pepperfry for good quality furniture, but this experience has left me very disappointed. It feels like I wasted my money and energy. I won’t recommend buying large furniture items from them unless they improve their product quality and support system.
