I ordered a couple of t-shirts from paytmmall during a sale on previous month and they were on a discount.
The estimated delivery date was in 5-6 business days and cash on delivery was available, so I was pretty happy with the deal and was waiting for my order.
After a week, I received a message from paytmmall that your order is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances and will be delivered within 2-3 days.
I thought I would wait for some more days.
2 weeks were gone and I have been waiting still and I didn't received my parcel, I was free up and contacted paytmmall asking them where is my order and why it is still undelivered, the customer care executive told me that your order will be delivered tommorrow, I said ok.
The next day, I received my order and when I opened the package I was disappointed because the t-shirts I ordered were not delivered the same, three color was different and the size was also bigger than mine size.
I returned the shirts back to paytmmall.com and got a refund. But over all I was disappointed by paytmmall.com
