Worst customer service ever encountered till date. Review on Paytmmall

Paytm strikes again. Ordered 7 Kurtas, received only 6. The missing one is the Pink kurta.

I ordered 4 kurtas via Order ID: 6301131877, but only 3 were delivered out of the 4 whereas my account is showing that all 4 has been delivered which isn' t true. The missing item is the Multicolored Kurta which I wanted asap as I ordered it to gift it to someone. I was eagerly waiting for the product and it is showing delivered whereas it isn' t.

I tried to contact via call but whenever I called I waited for around an hour to get connected with your rep but no one replied to me and it had happended more than 10 times yesterday, that' s a pathetic customer service.I tried to create the ticket from my order section thrice but everytime it just submitted and it was untracebale as I was not able to see in my account as well as I didn' t received any mail for the acknowledgement for the same.I posted this on their facebook page, sent the message on facebook via messenger, sent the message on twitter, tweeted the message but I didn' t received any response in last 24 hours, not a single reply from a real human being working for Paytm.
