Hey guys I'm going to giving all you review about paytm mall. Basically this aap is made for shopping purpose and also they providing mobile topup facility too. Here customer service from paytm mall and paytm is thirdclass. I have experienced it about cashback problem. I recharged 100 rs. For idea no. For which there was offer of 25 cashback. But they dont provide me and when I tried to contact them they just neglect me for 2 days and after 2 days they automatically gave me cashback so it was bad servicing. Product quality from paytm mall is bad. I never experienced it but two my friends told me that it is of cheaper quality. So I will not take risk here on paytm. We dont get offers on it. Delivery timeliness on paytm is impressive and takes 5 to 6 days to deliver a product. App and website both have great layouts but both of them are much slower so paytm should focus here and should improve. Reliability of product seems different than the advertised one. Guys here on paytm you dont get all the products so you have to be limited so this one is also drawback of paytm also there is overpricing of products than we watches on other sites so I recommend you to shop on sites such as amazon flipkartetc. Thank you.
