I placed order with Paytm for Photo Frame under 100% cashback sale.
and to my SHOCK, in the name of 100% cashback sale, they sent me a junk useless product . the photoframe has its glass broken at several places!
THIS IS HOW PAYTM 100% CASHBACK SALE IS MANAGED BY PAYTM!
sending junk broken product in name of fulfilling an order and not only a fraud . but also a mental harrassment!
Order is not made online to get useless junks!
I have sent email to Paytm and asked them to take back their junk and place it in their office . as that would be best palce to fit that junk.
photograph attached of damaged product which I received today and opened few minutes back.
Further I am also planning to take legal action against Paytm!
