I am nikhil, I used the paytm app and I found that this app is not good , doesn't fullfill customers satisfaction.there is no Customer care no. For any regarding query.before 2 month I added the 44rs from bank account money is decuted from my bank account and didn't add to paytm wallet. Till now money is not didn't add to paytm wallet.you can send only message to paytm regarding your qyery, and paytm eiher reply after 2 or more days or don't reply.promocode system is not good.and cashback come after 1 days.in mostly transaction, money is not add to wallet means transaction is failed.atlast, I will suggest you that you don't use the paytm app, thank you.
