I stayed here 2 months back for my sister marriage so I would like to share my experience to everyone. We have reserved two non AC rooms here. Room quality is good and neat but completely hot atmosphere so we couldn't sleep properly. Customer service which they are providing is very bad. Staffs are not giving any instructions about their services and facilities. They were not talking properly if we ask any help. They are not keeping smiling face and not friendly. They will not provide food on time if we order, we have to wait minimum one hour for food. Food taste and presentation are average. Ambience is good, neat and clean. This is completely waste for money. I don't like their services. Totally they are providing very bad services to the customers.
