One of the oldest hotels in Hyderabad. In fact, the busiest hotels in Hyderabad. You would find the same situation across all the branches in Hyderabad. Yes the biryani is good here. Rest of the items here too are great. Food and presentation very standard and well presented and decorated. I found this hotel to serve good biryani with a sense of great hygiene, decoration and presentation. Ambience great, because I find that the crowd coming here is a little more sophisticated, well behaved and hotel also has arrangement for families. Prices on a little higher side, then you have taxes as well. Customer service gets a little compromised during peak hours, otherwise decent enough. Value for money, I can say 8/10. Fact that stars like Ranbir Kapoor and company also had dinner here, people then would obviously would want to come here and have out of sheer curiosity, but then food is worth believe me!
