Panasonic Rice Cooker product is good but service is worst, you will not find Panasonic rice cooker service center(authorized) in Pune city where every other brand is having service center, & when you approach Panasonic electronic service center in Pune they will treat like that you have made a big mistakes purchase of Panasonic rice cooker.
I have sent my rice cooker to scrap vendor & get a new rice cooker after verifying service center in Pune.
Please do check before purchase panasonic rice cooker that your city is having service center or how far it is from your city.
