I bought this **Kenstar Air Cooler CT 9924** from **Pai International (https://paiinternational.in/) showroom at Indiranagar, Bangalore** on 13th March 2011.
This cooler has never worked properly since the time I got it.
It makes this loud noise like you’re running a diesel genset or an auto inside your room !!!
Pai International showroom guys don’t care what they’re selling to the customers. They don’t listen once the sale is done and you’re left on your own. They refused to replace the product even when I reported the issue on Day 1.
To make matters worst Kenstar has a pathetic after sales service (which is outsourced to some generic "Customer Care" agency).
