I had a terrible experience with Onsitego. I purchased an extended 1-year warranty for my two Havells fans through Amazon. Once the brand warranty expired, my fans started having speed issues, so I raised a request on March 26, 2025, via the Onsitego mobile app.
After raising the request, they initially told me that no engineer was available in my location. After multiple follow-ups, they finally agreed to send an engineer, and I even received an SMS notification yesterday confirming that an engineer would visit today. However, no one showed up!
To make matters worse, I suddenly received an SMS from Onsitego stating that my fan is working fine—how is that possible when no one even visited? This clearly proves that their service is fake and unreliable.
Onsitego is just making false promises without actually providing service. Avoid them if you expect genuine warranty support. Absolutely disappointed!
