Yes, but WORST, LOOTING, COSTLY, INCOMPETENT AND DISSAPPOINTING services from online legal. When registering on their website and discussing our complaint, their customercare call us and gives a very FOOLING, BRIBING AND FALSE hopes of filling our case and nothing we have to pay only Rs. 1499/- plus GST and this is very first lying from their customercare. And they also tell us the case to bribe a customer who had purchased a torn T-shirt from amazon and they compensate amazon for Rs. 12000/- and plus the T-shirt price of Rs. 500/-. After taking our details than they will talk of sending a legal notice to the vendor but for that we will have to pay the two courier charges because they say the one to the opposite party-the vendor and the other who had listed them on their website and for that we will have to pay Rs. 140/- but the actual courier charge for one is only (Rs. 42/- approx.). Than after sending the courier not to the vendor but to the website people who had listed them and after given specified time of seven days later their customercare calls us for further action the second lying starts that there is no reply from the vendor so we have to file the case in consumer court and the charges will be 12000/- to 15000/- only for eight hearings for two lawyers one will be in Kolkata and the other in Mumbai. One will fight the case on my behalf of me and the other will be for drafting the papers. But before that assurrance was given if any assistance call their customercare but their customercare never ever receives the call plus even after requesting a call back there will be no call from their end only when they need any money than only they call us. So I said I will pay you Rs. 15000/- but what is the assurrance of winning the case in my favour but they didn't answer only says that my case is very strong and they are wrong for not replying to the legal notice. And when I further added what after eight hearing the customercare added than their charges further more will be Rs. 500/- more for single hearing and it will go on but no assurance of winning the case only LOOTING money by any means and FOOLING the customer. This clearly denotes that we will be fighting our consumer case without any end. Neverever to try online legal India for any means I also suggested further whatever your extra charges will be we will ask for the compensation and when the case gets over deduct the charges from the compensation amount but they are not ready for this offers there is no such options in their company they say. Neverever go for online legal India better file the case on our own in consumer court with only nominal charges and don't prefer these types of commercial people even their lawyer discusses and bargains for the payment though they have their customercare to discuss and bargain for the payment.
