I had a bad experience with them. When I got a new job in a different city, I asked them to pack and keep my things in their godown. After a month, when I was able to arrange a place to stay, I provided them with an address and asked them to send my luggage as fast as possible. They started to make excuses every day. I received my luggage after 20 days of my initial request. When I opened my package, I could see the aftermath of rats; multiple things were destroyed. Even a few pieces of furniture were in a broken state, as if they had kept them at the wrong angle or kept lots of stuff above them.
