Recently I had to go to greater noida from Jhansi city where I live in. So I took a train to Hazrat Nizamuddin and then an ola cab from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Greater Noida sector 93. First of all talking about the ola cab app. The app is very slow and not user friendly. Its lags too much and isnt at all smooth. I had to re open the ola app twice or thrice before I could book my cab. The cab came 7 minutes late but I dont mind that. But the surprising element was that the driver didnt messaged or called me to let me know that he has arrived at the location. Frustrated, I called his number to enquire where he has arrived and then he told me that he has arrived at the location. When I went to the location, I found the cab stationed at the side of footpath and the driver was sleeping. Yes, he was sleeping. I had to wake him up and then he started the cab. When it comes to ola cab service, it is very bad. The Car was in bad condition. The AC was not working, the glass windows were dirty and the sitting cushions were also not clean. I told the driver about the issues but he was so casual about it. The driver was driving very fast and in rash that anytime an accident could have took place. But gladly nothing of that sort happened with me. The driver was also very ill mannered. When I spoke to him about my experience with his cab, he started giving all sorts of excuses and trying to make his image clear. I immediately gave 1 star to ola cab app on play store and now 1 day after I am reviewing it here on MouthShut. My experience with ola cab was horrible.
