Today I booked a cab from south x to saket . So I booked a ola micro as its less in fare . But I have to pick one of my friend from nehru place so I told driver to take the nehru place route. First of all he came so late and secondly after getting into the cab and sit there for a while ac was not working , cab seats are full of polythene as its a new car. I feel so uncomfortable to sit inside that car .
After sometime he took the cab from the wrong route I told him its not a right way but he was arguing with me. He was not at knowledable about delhi routes he was just following google map.
After sometime he was confused where to go. Then I show him the right way to go. And atlast it cost me double then the actual fare. I am so dissappointed with this cab service and not going to book any cab from this company in future.
