Ola is known his brand value but now ola has started to loot the people by charging over price to their rides .earlier there minimum charge was like 35 to 40 now they start from 45 minimum for 1 km also.
Its really need to change by ola and stop looting the people .
The main negative of ola is whenevenr in the emergency or rain time no ola auto or cab will pick by the drivers they simply ignore the customer request this should be change by ola authority .
Some driver just directly cancle the ride after reaching to the pick up location without informing.this will lead to lot of confussion
Ola service please look into this and try to slove the problem.
