I booked ola cab in mumbai a 5 days befor for travel from mira road to colaba 5 day before for travel early morning at 6:30 am. I received SMS with details like deiver name, number, taxi no. Etc.I called driver asking where are you. Driver side I am at bhayander and he said won't be able to make it. I called help desk and informed. Person assured me that I will receive update by 5 or 5:15 am.
I received SMS at 5:25 am with new details. Called the new no. - driver says I was trying your no. you didn't pick-up. I asked how much time you will take to come.that driver is also not came to pick up me.worst experience.
