I was confused about margin level, so I ask support and they answer fast. Not just fast, but explain in detail with example so I understand clear. I contact them by live chat and no need to wait long, maybe 2-3 minute only. The guy from support was patient, even when I ask same thing twice. They no rush me, no copy-paste answers like some broker do. Felt like real human, not robot. Also I ask about how to cancel order by mistake, and they guide me step-by-step.
