O general is very good brand is air conditioner industry when windo airconditioner was in fation but with split airconditioner general cannot provide the same levwl of quality and competition to other brands. I had bought an O general slipt airconditioner of 1.5 tonne for my 120 sq fwet room for Rs.41000. It got delivered and was installed 2 days time as the store for 1 month. I felt my money has been wasted. It does not provide proper cooling. Even after keeping in on for 6-7 hrs at 18. The room hardly cools, and as soon as I swich off the airconditioner, in just 5-10 mins my room get warmed up. I felt the cooling of airconditioner is not proper. On swiching it on and off it makes a very irritating. I called the customer care, but they very rude unapologetic and not at interested in hearing my problem. Worst experience. very poor after sale service. Do not buy it.
