nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

The delivery agent is a fraud who has marked the products delivered without OTP being shared.

The Nykaa customer service is a bigger fraud. Screenshots attached to how then fool customers telling that they will revert with 24/48 hours. But never actually make any effort to resolve the issue.
