I have placed my order and paid approx 3000 for my order.


I didn’t receive any message with delivery agent details nor any calls and i can see the status was updated customer refused to accept the order.


I rescheduled it twice everytime without any calls or message they update is customer refused to accept the order.


I reached out to their customer support team


They assured me it will get delivered 24-48 hrs but agains the same wrong status updated.


After that the nykaa customer care team gave me option to cancel.


I asked when i get refund their response when we receive the order to the ware house i asked how long does it takes any TAT for that as your delivery partner not able to deliver the product yet. How long will it take to reach the warehouse


The customer care executive team response we don’t know as we don’t have any update for the delivery partner.. they can’t provide me delivery agent number nor a ETA.


I asked do you want me wait for months


They are like same lame lines.


They are not at helpful even they doesn’t care about our hardearned money.


How can they run a online company when they doesn’t have any update from the delivery partner.


Even from the bluedart team their also wrong status updated.


After i cancelled my order then also the wrong status updated.


I just felt bluedart and nykaa they are now becoming fraud company.. and they must have hired some fraud people..and they doesn’t care about it.


I urge to everyone don’t order from nykaa app
