I have been using Nutsby for over a year now, and every time I order something they deliver it after the said date. Last week, I ordered a few supplements from Nutsby, but the delivery took much longer than expected. I was informed that it would take three to five business days, but it took more than two weeks. This was disappointing because I had needed the supplements for my exercise. I attempted to call their customer service to inform them of the situation, but they had no answer. It is frustrating when companies are not able to deliver on their stated times. They don't even communicate by text or app alert that the delivery can be delayed. You just wait.
