I recently had a disappointing experience with Nutsby's customer service. I placed an order for a protein supplement which was opened and not seal-packed. I wasn't responded to immediately when I tried contacting them. I needed to send many emails before somebody replied to me, and still, there was no solution. The return policy said that they accept returns for 14 days if the product was damaged or tampered. However, even after providing the appropriate photos and videos, they did not get back. The products are generally expensive and I cannot afford a faulty product.
I was expecting a refund or a replacement, but they only offered a store credit, which wasn't helpful since I didn't want to purchase from them again. No doubt that they have a great variety of products and brands, but I’m not purchasing from them again.
