I ordered a pair of earbuds from NumberFC’s official website(order id:- 9361). While purchasing, their warranty page clearly mentioned that the company would arrange pickup in case of a warranty claim. There was absolutely no mention that the pickup charges would be paid by the customer.
However, when I actually tried to claim the warranty, the company told me that I must bear the pickup charges. When I pointed out that this was not stated on their website, they replied that this information is written on the “registration card” that comes after the purchase.
Seriously, how is a customer supposed to read a registration card before buying? This is a clear case of cheating and incomplete information intended to trick buyers. If the condition is so important, it should be written clearly on the warranty page itself.
Also, they don’t offer any return policy in case a customer disagrees with the pickup charges or warranty conditions after receiving the product. That’s again prove that company is a cheater.
The earbuds also turned out to be poor in quality, which is why I had to claim the warranty in the first place.
In short:
Poor product quality
Misleading warranty information
Hidden charges not disclosed before purchase
No proper return/refund policy
Unprofessional customer support
Please stay away from this brand. They are clearly not transparent and do not care about customer satisfaction. Not recommended at all. Hhhh
