Nirala Aspire Noida Extension - Very Poor Construction Quality!


I have visited the project recently and have seen the 2 and 3 BHK flat layouts.


Pros:

  • Open Area / Green Area is good.

  • Location is ok.

Cons:

  • The major drawback of Nirala Aspire, Noida Extension is the poor quality construction.

  • Also Major Issue of Sun Light on most of the flats/units.

  • Flats layout is not so good.

  • Cheap kind of Club House with very limited facilities.

  • Poor Maintenance of project.

  • Over Priced.

  • Conclusion: Only worth to Buy @3000/Sq. Ft. Of cost as an investment opportunity! Otherwise Avoid this project.
