After my complaint, Chennai city head of Nippon took all efforts to rectify poor painting though not fully possible. Partially I have been compensated with refund of some money. I will never use their painting service. Nippon charged enormously high amount but their applicator/Painter failed to do a good job. Work was not supervised by anyone and quality check was done only after my complaints. No value for money for the painting done by their painters. However, I like and use Nippon Paints for my houses. It mandates payment without sending invoice first which is not a correct practice. Pictures are shared with the city head.
