A fully automatic Washing Machine was purchased by us from Vijay Sales recently.We asked the dealer in order to get it delivered at our home after finalising the model in person.We observed some scratches aside and its stand was little defective.Its deliverer was NH India Packers & Movers.I immediately went to the dealer with deliverer who said, I had given the deliverer the same piece which was selected by you. After a few anguish words with him, a customer waiting behind me said that damaging of goods plus late delivery of items has been a problem with NH Packers and Movers.Dealer asked him to keep silent as nobody had asked about his opinion.In my case however, late delivery didnt result.Finally, my Washing Machine was changed by the dealer and I came personally with that deliverer at my home in order to get the proper value of money.The fact was discussed with one of my nearby friends too who informed me that the concerned authorised dealer gave this authority to Leo Packers & Movers instead of NH India Packers & Movers.
