We visited the place for the first time almost a year back. We were celebrating the teachers' day. It was farewell party of a dear colleague too, he wanted to treat us on this day.This place it just opposite the Wipro gate no. 5, almost in the walking distance from our office. It's not visible from the main road. But the food actually wins over all. We reached at the lunch hour and the place was jam packed. After a waiting for 10 minutes we managed a table for 6. The service is super fast here, we had to select and order without wasting time. So we ordered for rotis, daal, shahi paneer, gobi masala and kabab. The kabab was served first, within minutes. Rest of the items also reached the table within another 10 minutes. The taste was very good. Our Japanese colleague was a little bit apprehensive about the spicy nature of Indian food, but the spice level here suited his palate too.The surprise came at end, when the bill came. Our friend was stunned to find the bill below 500 bucks, he could not believe it! Anyway, we came across a good joint near our office, which could be a good option for take away too. I told my hubby about this place. One night after office hours got over, we took away some kerala parota and shahi paneer from here. The dinner that night was enjoyed very much. From then it became our favorite take away joint for Punjabi food, and it has remained our favorite till date. One night we returned from airport around 10 30, all other shops were closed but we were very hungry. This one was preparing to close too, but as we were regular customers here, they prepared chapati and paneer gravy and served us with great care. We appreciate the gesture, now a days these personal touch is getting harder to find. Many times I have ordered food from here over the phone, they have delivered to our office. We have ordered food to celebrate birthday parties for colleagues, send off, achievements, even as a cheer up gesture. Not for a single time we were disappointed. The food was always fresh, hot, packed properly and served on time. The best part of this place is, within short notice they can serve the order, even the bulk orders and the quality is always excellent. The price is very moderate compared to other places. The last but not the least, people working here are very much well behaved. Not for a single time we faced any issue regarding that. The kababs, tandoori items and biryani is excellent here. The vegetable pulav from Punjabi corner is out of the world. My mom always criticizes food from outside, but she loves this pulav very much. Also one more item I should mention here, the mighty chili paneer! The paneer served here is very soft and tasty, unlike the nataraj plasto eraser served in the name of paneer in other places. If not tandoori, I prefer to come here for the paneer next. May be many people around electronic City doesn't know about this place, but according to me this is the best place for work lunch and take away. I will give this place a 5 out of 5.it's my all time favorite.
