My experience with Nestaway has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since moving into their managed property 1.5 years ago, I have faced countless issues with non-functional amenities such as the washrooms and geyser. Despite raising multiple complaints, both via email and directly with their local representatives, I never received a proper response or resolution.??To make matters worse, Nestaway is now charging me for repairs to defects that existed before I even moved in—issues I had flagged right from the beginning. Their employees, Hussain and Ayyappa, ignored my concerns completely and behaved unprofessionally throughout. It’s clear they are more focused on extracting money from tenants than providing any real service. What’s most frustrating is the mental harassment caused by their sheer neglect and unethical behavior. I have documented evidence, including photos and emails, to prove how Nestaway has failed to fulfill their responsibilities. It’s evident this isn’t an isolated case, as several of my neighbors have experienced similar mistreatment.??Nestaway’s business practices are exploitative, and their lack of accountability is appalling. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and unnecessary expenses—look elsewhere for property management services.
