As a routine film, it is only a time pass. There is no effective message for any one. In fact it will give a wrong message to the present youth those who are not very serious in their studies. Copying is not a good habit. And teasing teacher/invigilators is also not considered good. The third class pass outs are not fit for the country or for themselves even. If not interested in studies they must choose other professions rather discouraging other students who are serious in studies. At last the hero became the Counselor of the area, which again indicates that the public representative need not to be serious in studies. Moreover, the way the people made silly complaints in the Police Station is very very cheap and is an obstructions to the Police to perform their duties. Overall the movie is only a time pass and nothing is effective in it.
