This job portal is relatively well known portal in India. I had taken the paid service two times in the past five years one in 2012 and another in 2014, though the paid services give a advantage over unpaid services, like resume highlight, direct interaction with recruiters, but the issue is that the portal even for paid service the job relevance vis-a-vis resume is not good.
In fact on three occasions there were job postings for me was for entry level jobs where as my experience is more than 15 years.
The services are getting deteriorated year on year where as the services charges are escalated.
