Worst experience of my life. Visited Narayana Hospital for my mother's treatment in cardiology dept. Dr. Pranjal Deka didnt even listen to us for 2 minutes, rough and bitter attitude of a high class doctor like him. Travelled almost 300 kms thinking that we may get a good quality treatment but all gone in vain. My mother is suffering from a weak heart musle, cardiomyopathy. 3 months back we consulted in a reputed hospital in Guwahati and still undergoing treatment but her condition is not improving so we thought to visit a multi specialty hospital and visited Narayana Guwahati with a great hope. May be its better to visit Narayana Hridulaya Bangalore . Hospital authorities should strictly take action to such arrogant beings in the name of doctors to retain and maintain its fame and quality treatment.
