Worst staff overcharging for surgery Money Minded. Review on Narayana Health - Anekal Taluk - Bangalore

Recently visited(on 01-July-2024) this hospital for vascular surgery. Done too many tests(Blood test Urine Test ECG Echo Xray Scanning for legs) which are overpriced. Totally 16000 rupees charged for all tests. additionally charged 4900 rupees for stockings. Where as other hospitals are giving it for free after the surgery is done. Each doctor consultation is 1100 rupees. For checking all the reports and BP they charged 1100rupees. For surgery they do have packages. For me the final and estimated cost was 230000 rupees. Since the cost of the surgery is more I haven't admitted at Narayana. They do have NH care App for the report results and doctor appointment bookings. Since I didn't go for surgery at Narayana Health they have removed all my report results from the app. I wasn't able to view any of my test reports from that app. And they have never given any access to my test reports. Called customer care number and requested for the reports. They asked me to visit the hospital for any help required.

Admitted to different hospital and the same surgery was done with the half of the price what Narayana Health was charging. Stockings were provided at free of cost. Transportation was provided. Picked up at my home location and dropped me back after surgery at free of cost. Appointments and timings are just for show off. You won't get your doctor appointment at the specified time. One full day is required to meet doctor and to come out of the hospital. Unnecessary tests will be done for a high price.
