Good Evening Friends, Today I am sharing my worst experience with Naaptol.com.
As I had ordered 1 MI Fitness band with order id 15745077 on 1st February 2016 & that order is still showing the status Order Received. I had received no information regarding that product till date. I had paid Rs.699 for this band to naaptol.com.
Their customer care just commit the same thing we are coordinating with the seller, you will get the dispatch details very soon. It has been approx 1 Month I am waiting for that product. I do not know when they will deliver my product. my money has been blocked for an undefined time so I can not purchase it from any other place too. Very worst experience I am facing with naaptol.com.
