I had a very bad experience with myntra.I had a bought a pair of shoes from there.The shoes were looking very good in the photo but when I saw the shoes they were not so nice.The picture and the actual shoes were very different.
The delivary time was a week but since it did not look like it was looking in the photo I returned them back.The return guy came after two weeks.
I had to call at myntra customer support many times to complain about the return guy not coming to take the product and then finally the guy came after two weeks.i was told by that guy that I will get the money back in a week.i did not get my money back after a week and again I had to call the myntra call center guys.They told me money will get transfered soon but it didnt not come in my account.i had to make many calls to myntra call center but they would not tell me a specific date when the money will come in my account.Finally after two weeks money came came in my account.I was not happy with the service provided by myntra to me.
