I purchased nike shoes from myntra app and the shoes was delivered within 7 days of placing the order. The packing was good but the shoes which was delivered to me was not looking like nike.
It was looking like a clone copy of nike, I mailed myntra customer support center but for 4-5 days they didn't bother to reply me. I asked for refund against the shoes as the shoe was looking fake copy. They said that refund cannot be given and they can only do is to replace the the pair shoes. I was very disappointed with the customer support and policy of myntra. I'll never going to shop on myntra anymore.
