I am sharing this review so that one understands the tricky ways of these online companies.
I ordered 20 items from myntra on the 8th april out of which only 18 have reached me.
They sent these in 6 packets in three days to my home. Last two packets didnt have the full items. Last one had only three items while second last one had only one item. The bill enclosed says four and two items.
After repeated calls their delivery person picked up the call and said "i dont know about it, please contact customer service."
The customer service has replied saying we will get back to you by 20th april. Thats too much time to check and deliver the remaining items.
Their app hangs most of the times and they ship the products in shabby packaging that it comes crumpled to you.
So, I have asked them to raise a refund request for it as I cannot wait for so long!
