Horrible experience. Received 2 defective Varesha trays without price tags worth 2200. Put it for return. The agent did not turn up and put declined pick up as the product does not meet the standards.
Tried my best to get in touch with the customer care and sort it out. After numerous mails znd msges on Facebook.They promised to sort it out and take back the product, but the same story repeated.
Beware of buying stuff here, if the seller sends you a defective item, myntra will not take it back on the grounds that it does not meet their return standards and the customer has no way to prove that the seller sent a defective item.
Here the according to myntra seller is the god and we buyers are robbers trying to loot them
Its a big scam.
