The most clueless set of people. From customer care to the person at the desk who handed over the car. Firstly, the car was in PATHETIC condition. It was muddy, had all sorts of things inside and looked like they hadn't cleaned it in years together. Secondly, they said it was to full to full tank but they gave it to us with one point. If we hadn't managed to get to a bunk soon, we would have had to push that dirty vehicle.Since I knew most rented cars have a speedometer, I asked them how much it was and the person who handed over the car had no clue. Neither did the customer care. Then they randomly came up with a ridiculous speed limit of 80km/hr( imagine driving on a highway at 80). When I asked them how it could be and probed further, they said I can go up to 100 but they are not sure if I will be fined. Now, it's been over a week and the deposit has not been refunded. They said no deposit, but they have one. False advertising at it's best. All in all, terrible experience and will never recommend this to anyone.
