MTS BLAZE - Not working System!

I had taken a broadband connection from MTS, there is minimum period of usage required. As the data rate was pathetic. I decided to close the connection after 6 months of usage. Go to any MTS outlet, the sure answer you would get is, "The system is not working" so it would not be possible to raise the request.


Another issue, In EVERY MTS outlet,  I paid cash for monthly bill amount. All I get is a cash memo no VAT number nothing.  No proper receipt is given.


Closing MTS connection is another headache. I went to two MTS stores in VijayAnasultangar area of Bangalore.  In both the places the system was not working. Each store fellow will tell you to go to any other MTS store.  I raised a request in online chat for closure of the MTS connection.  I got a service request number: Q12-100433024.  Nothing happened on this.  Even after a month again a new bill.


Again, Online chat, another service request number: "Q12-100433024".  This time I went to MTS store and made the guy talk to MTS customer store(after lot of arguments in front of few customers), As told by the customer support guy I gave a letter in writing to close the connection.


Again, next month another bill. read the following mail.

I have nothing to aishwaryasingh23, as my connection is closed last month.


Sending a request number as if it is raised this month is wrong.  The request is raised last month. The full and final settlement is done.

Even now the harassment is continuing.  Now the customer support is saying that.  I need to visit MTS store again and give another closure request.


My connection is temporarily closed.  Now I need to give a request for permanent disconnection. As per the above mail. My connection should have been closed by 25th July.  But I am getting bill.


Stay away from MTS, If you need to buy, go for prepaid(I don't have any experience of using their prepaid service).


The term "UNLIMITED" internet is waste.  As you will have to keep your system on for multiple days for few MBs download. The device broadband dongle is absolute waste, Its very very unpredictable.


STAY AWAY FROM MTS FOR PEACE OF MIND.
