I want to share my experience about this iron box. I used this for only 6 months after that I got damaged and could use longer.
First few months it was good in working and all. But later it started to stuck on some clothes and spoiled the iron metal surface. I tried to clean it in many times but it was very difficult to remove it.
I called to their customer care and told the complaint because we have the warranty card for one year. They repaired it very nicely but they charged 500rs extra for that.
Again it started some complaints. I had been taken about 10 minutes to get heat and couldn't iron the nylon, silky dresses perfectly. Because it was sticking on the clothes and burning dresses.
It is user friendly and the button's options are very simple to understand. But the buttons are not strong and the instruction letters which is written on the handle became faded soon.
The service and support is very bad. They are not considering the customers request and satisfaction. When I called them, the phone was switched off. I contacted them through mail but for getting reply from them it took more than one week.
Overall I am not satisfied with this iron box. Only few months only I could use this iron box.
