A bunch of jokers work there who have no idea what is happening in their own company. The customer care executives just repeat memorized answers and do not solve anything. Order made on June 23, no updates till today after repeated followups and today finally order cancelled from their side. Absolute rubbish behaviour.I strongly recommend not to deal with these guys and if you do deal with them, deal only with COD.
