Mobkwik claims they are using the supercash for some transactions. They do that . No issues.
But recently I had an incident.
I booked OLA through mobikwik and before booking they used Rs.50 from my supercash account and remaining from my wallet.
But after the ride was over, they refunded that supercash and took the entire money from my wallet. So That supercash was never used.
This happened because I had more than what is needed in the wallet. But if you have Zero in your account always and add it whenever needed, dynamically, then they wont have any chance to take money from your wallet.
Worst part is, they dont maintain a record of how much was taken from your wallet. All you have is, how much is used for the transaction(History) and how much supercash was used(View Balance details ->Supercash Statement-> history). You have to make that calculation. Like a bank statement they dont have a clear statement on your wallet addition and wallet balance.
Please check the snapshot. That ride was completed. Idealy there should have been no refund.The supercash refunded was taken from my wallet.
LESSONS LEARNT: Only if you have money in Wallet they can take it . But if it is Zero, they have to give it from SuperCash. so always make your Wallet ZERO.
