Erratic power supply in Indian cities, makes it necessary to have alternative. We have seen small noise making generators, in the past. About 20 years, inverters came in the market. Slowly people switched over from mini generators to a new product called Inverter. I had the first experience of an unknown brand inverter in the year 2001. Although it came as a relief from the sudden outages, but I was irritated by the frequent filling of the battery, with the distiled water. apart from this, the area below the inverter and the battery, got spoiled by the overflow of distilled water. It was a nuisance. The charging of the battery would take a long time.I decided to never use an inverter. But in 2011, my son persuaded me and installed MIcrotek inverter. I was apprehensive about the troubles I had faced from that unknown brand. Let me share that installing of Microtek( it is 875 watt), in 2011, came as a very pleasant surprise to me. It has performed so good. It has given no trouble at all. it is sturdy and durable. Accidental overload a few times, by Electric Press, has not damaged the inverter. It is working very goo since last six years. We go out of India sometime, and this time even our return after 6 months has not affected the working of the Inverter. Our first battery lasted over 5 years and gave best service. There is no need for frequent filling of distilled water. We check the water level after every 6 month. Microtek inverter is very customer friendly. I would suggest the use of MICROTEK INVRTER, to all those, who intend to install an INVERTER. I am sure they will enjoy the uninterrupted power and Internet. Inverters have really improved the quality of life.
