Dear friends, I want to share my experience about Microtek Inverter. It gives good power backup and we can connect
to many plug points of electronics and electricals. I want to convey my review with Microtek Customer Care service
which is very poor and responding late. First we have lodged a complaint with Microtek Service Centre, but there is
quick response on first complaint. As we people will not be at home, we want to solve our problem as quickly as
possible. Technician responded after one week and till the date no person contacted us. Pros:-
We have long lasting power backup for more than two years.
This is the best inverter for heavy duty.
This inverter is a very good user friendly.
Cons:-
- Service is too bad and late.
Verdict:- Good power back.
