I purchased Micromax Canvas A1 handset from Snapdeal on 30th Aug 2015. At that time I have purchased this phone at 5300 Rs. which was a reasonable price for 1GB RAM, 4GB Internal memory & 5MP rear camera. Phone was good I was much satisfied with the phone and its features. But After 2 to 3 months all apps including system apps started automatically stopped even dialer also. So I submitted the phone to Micromax service center after that all the harassment started. In next 7 months I have submitted my phone to service center more than 3 to 4 times. In 1 year of warranty period my phone spends more time in service center than my pocket.
Actually I am satisfied with the Micromax product but I am more than harassed by Micromax services.
I must say at the end of warranty period they replaced my phone with another used phone but at that time I have purchased xiaomi phone which is working good for me.
