I have purchased so many items from mi.com. They keep good items but most of the time the items are out of stock and also no notification is given when the item will be back in stock. App and website needs to be modified and more maintainance is required. Customer service number is all time busy and they take much time to resolve any issue. Mi.com has many items like Mi and Redmi phones, air purifiers, earphones, VR play, powerbank, led light , etc. Delivery and packaging of the item is very poor. They urgently need something to do with it.
