Metro is a very popular brand for shoes, with many many outlets all over India. Many people like this brand a lot, but my family and me, we do not like this brand at all.
Once my friend suggested me to buy a pair of sandals from metro, I got one pair for myself. First few days the sandals were very comfortable, I did not get any shoe bite also. There was no problem.
After a week, while I was walking on the road a strap from the sandal broke. The next day I went to the Metro outlet from where I had bought them. Within a few days they repaired my sandals and gave them to me. It worked well, again for a few days.
I was very surprised because of this.
